Training, Experience, Passion
President Nathan Steelman has nearly extensive Law Enforcement and Military training. While serving in the United States Army, Mr. Steelman was deployed to the Middle East for a total of 30 months in support of contingency operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally, Mr. Steelman attended and graduated from the United States Army Physical Security School at Fort Knox, KY, as well as the Military Police Investigators Course at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
Mr. Steelman’s civilian education includes a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of Maryland at College Park and an MA in Political Science from The American Military University in Charlestown, WV.
Mr. Steelman started Steel Security, Corporation because he is passionate about two things:
- Providing Military Veterans, a stable and reliable place of employment
- Providing employment opportunities to women and minorities that come from socio-economic disadvantaged backgrounds an opportunity for a career in the security sector
